The Terre-Bio-Provence Farm is more than 100 years old. It is made out of the stones of the Saint-Restitut quarry which, flourished with the cultivation of sorghum in the 50s. Step by step, the farm was able to be extended thanks to this agricultural prosperity. In 1987, Richard Arbaud bought it and little by little, the attics where the sorghum was stocked were transformed into the beautiful rooms that are now there to welcome you.
The 17-acre Terre-Bio-Provence Farm, includes 2ha pear orchard and 2,5 ha of apple tree and grazing fields for the goats and sheeps.
The farm has several animals including sheeps, goats and chicken. Both young and old alike are particularly enchanted by the mascot of the farm: the donkey named Olive.
The workshop of the farm produces fruit juices, jams, syrops (1l, 3L, bag in box..) with fruits produced directly by the farm. The processus of making is traditional and natural. All ingredients are organic, certified by Ecocert. Above, you can watch the slide-show to make you an idea about the processus of making of a fruit juice.
These products are all certified “Organic Farming” by Ecocert.
The farm also has a cheese making workshop and produces its own lamb and chicken meat.
