• Le processus de transformation débute par le lavage des fruits

The workshop of the farm produces fruit juices, jams, syrops (1l, 3L, bag in box..) with fruits produced directly by the farm. The processus of making is traditional and natural. All ingredients are organic, certified by Ecocert. Below, you can watch the slide-show to make you an idea about the processus of making of a fruit juice.

These products are all certified “Organic Farming” by Ecocert.

The farm also has a cheese making workshop and produces its own lamb and chicken meat.
